The invention relates to a bridge deepwater channel drilling platform anti-collision system and a using method thereof. The anti-collision system comprises a concrete anchor, a main cable, a mooring cable, an arresting cable, a trigger cable, a first buoy, a second buoy and a third buoy. When a ship enters the bridge deepwater channel drilling platform anti-collision system, the main cable is driven through the arresting cable and/or the triggering cable so as to tension the concrete anchor, and the concrete anchor resists the pulling force of the main cable by taking the friction force between the concrete anchor and the seabed surface as counter force. And when the friction force between the concrete anchor and the seabed surface is greater than the pulling force of the main cable, the speed of the intruded ship is slowly reduced until the ship stops sailing. Therefore, when the anti-collision system for the bridge deepwater channel drilling platform is used, the characteristics of bare rock, water depth, heavy wind, rapid flow and the like of the channel are combined, the anti-collision problem of the drilling platform under the severe sea condition can be effectively solved, and the blocking force of the anti-collision system is large.
