The invention relates to an anti-swing device and an anti-swing method for a double-beam crane for a heading machine, and the device comprises a tilt angle sensor which is arranged on a horizontal beam of the double-beam crane and is used for collecting tilt angle data of the horizontal beam in real time; the driving cylinder is used for being hinged to a track beam in a tunnel; the connecting piece is positioned between the horizontal beam and the track beam; the horizontal beam is hinged to the connecting piece and the driving cylinder through a connecting structure, and the extension amount of the telescopic end of the driving cylinder is adjusted according to inclination angle data collected by the inclination angle sensor so as to adjust the inclination angle of the horizontal beam. The inclination angle of the horizontal beam can be collected and adjusted in real time, so that the horizontal beam is kept at the horizontal position in real time.

    本发明为一种掘进机用双梁起重机防摇摆装置及防摇摆方法,该装置包括:倾角传感器,倾角传感器用于设置在双梁起重机的水平梁上,倾角传感器用于实时采集水平梁的倾角数据;驱动缸,驱动缸用于铰接于隧道内的轨道梁上;位于水平梁与轨道梁之间的连接件;水平梁通过连接结构分别与连接件和驱动缸铰接,根据倾角传感器采集的倾角数据对驱动缸的伸缩端的伸出量进行调节,以调节水平梁的倾斜角度。本发明能够实时采集水平梁的倾斜角度并进行调整,使水平梁实时保持水平位置。
