The invention provides a method for promoting vehicle power supply, and the method comprises the steps: S1, obtaining the power utilization information of a power system, so as to recognize whether the power system has a power demand or not; s2, obtaining the remaining electric quantity information of the vehicle about the remaining electric quantity of a power battery of the vehicle, the vehicles are divided into high-electric-quantity vehicles with the residual electric quantity higher than a first electric quantity threshold value, medium-electric-quantity vehicles with the residual electric quantity between the first electric quantity threshold value and a second electric quantity threshold value and low-electric-quantity vehicles with the residual electric quantity lower than the second electric quantity threshold value; and S3, in response to the electric quantity demand of the electric power system, the charging and discharging prompt information is notified to a user by means of a notification device matched with the vehicle, so that the charging and discharging prompt information is set to be capable of guiding the vehicle to supply power to the electric power system for the medium-electric-quantity vehicle and/or the high-electric-quantity vehicle. The invention further provides a corresponding computer program product, a vehicle and a dispatching device. By guiding the vehicle to supply power to the power system, the power supply pressure of the power system can be relieved.
