The invention provides a berth distribution method and device for fleet port waiting. The berth distribution method comprises the following steps: acquiring reliable berth information of a port, port leaving ship information and port entering ship information of a roll-on-roll-off ship fleet; respectively calculating the first ship information and the second ship information to obtain first driving time of the first departure ship in each stage and second driving time of the first arrival ship in each stage; and calculating the first ship information, the second ship information, the first driving time, the second driving time and the berth weight of each berth based on a preset limiting condition to obtain a berthing berth corresponding to the first port entering ship. According to the method, the departure ships and the entry ships in the roll-on-roll-off ship fleet are detected, the time for driving to each stage is calculated, and then the berths for berthing of the entry ships are determined according to the time and the reliable berth information, so that scheduling personnel do not need to distribute the berths, the dependence on the scheduling personnel is reduced, and the scheduling efficiency is improved. And the utilization rate of navigation resources is improved.

    本发明提供了一种船队侯港的泊位分配方法及装置,包括:获取港口的可靠泊位信息、滚装船船队的出港船舶信息和进港船舶信息;分别对第一船舶信息和第二船舶信息进行计算,得到第一出港船舶在各个阶段的第一行驶时间和第一进港船舶在各个阶段的第二行驶时间;基于预设限制条件对第一船舶信息、第二船舶信息、第一行驶时间、第二行驶时间和每个泊位的泊位权重进行计算,得到第一进港船舶对应的靠泊泊位。本发明对滚装船船队中出港船舶和进港船舶进行检测,并对行驶到各个阶段的时间进行计算,进而根据时间和可靠泊位信息确定进港船舶靠泊的泊位,从而不需要调度人员对泊位进行分配,减低了对调度人员的依赖性,提升了通航资源的利用率。
