The method comprises the following steps: laying a tank bottom foundation, checking and accepting the tank foundation, prefabricating a tank bottom plate, laying and welding on the tank foundation, arranging a mast and an electric hoist hoisting and lifting system, lifting and mounting a top layer wall plate and edge covering angle steel through the electric hoist hoisting and lifting system, and assembling and welding a tank top. And then the electric hoist hoisting and lifting system descends to the ground surface, the second layer of wall plates are assembled and welded, the second layer of wall plates are installed through the same hoisting method, and all the layers of wall plates are sequentially assembled, welded and hoisted from top to bottom in this way repeatedly till installation of the bottom layer of wall plates is completed. Compared with a forward installation method, the construction method is safer, the installation quality is easy to guarantee, in addition, the construction period and the economic benefits have great advantages, and construction of the steel structure tank is facilitated.

    本发明涉及立式圆筒形钢储罐技术领域,具体涉及一种立式圆形大型钢制储罐多桅杆倒装施工方法;铺设罐底基础,并对罐基础验收,接着将罐底板预制,并在罐基础上进行铺设和焊接,设置桅杆和电动葫芦吊装提升系统,通过电动葫芦吊装提升系统提升安装顶层壁板及包边角钢,并进行罐顶的组装焊接,随后将电动葫芦吊装提升系统下降至地表,再对第二层壁板进行组装焊接,采用相同吊装方法安装第二层壁板,如此反复自上而下依次组装焊接和吊装每层壁板,直至底层壁板安装结束,实现了在钢结构罐施工中,将高空作业转为地表和低空作业,相比于正装法施工更加安全,安装质量容易保证,另外工期、经济效益具有较大的优势,利于钢结构罐的施工。
