The bionic rescue robotic fish comprises a fish body framework, a fish head framework, a fish tail swing mechanism, a pectoral fin swing mechanism, a rescue mechanism and a buoyancy adjusting mechanism, the fish body framework is movably connected with the fish head framework, and the fish tail swing mechanism, the pectoral fin swing mechanism, the rescue mechanism and the buoyancy adjusting mechanism are arranged on the fish head framework. The surfaces of the fish body framework and the fish head framework are in sealed connection with bionic fish skin, the fish tail swing mechanism, the pectoral fin swing mechanism, the rescue mechanism and the buoyancy adjusting mechanism are all in communication connection with a control unit, the rescue mechanism can release a lifesaving air bag, and the buoyancy adjusting mechanism can change the size of the fish maw. Fish swimming can be simulated more truly through swinging of the fish tail and the pectoral fins, so that higher propelling efficiency and flexibility are obtained; the rescue mechanism is additionally arranged and can be used for underwater rescue, the buoyancy adjusting mechanism can simulate the action mechanism of a real swimming bladder, the relation between the gravity and the buoyancy of the bionic robotic fish is changed, and the floating and diving functions can be achieved.
