The invention provides a control method and device of a motor power module and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps that when a power module is in a duty ratio control mode, a current duty ratio signal is acquired, and the current duty ratio signal comprises a duty ratio value corresponding to each phase of power module; determining a duty ratio change rate according to the duty ratio value, and judging whether the current duty ratio signal is abnormal or not based on the duty ratio change rate; and if yes, acquiring a rotor speed, determining a target protection mode based on the rotor speed, and controlling the power module to be switched to the target protection mode. Whether the current duty ratio signal is abnormal or not is judged according to the duty ratio change rate, synchronous monitoring of the current duty ratio signal is achieved on the premise that control time delay is not caused, when the current duty ratio signal is abnormal, the power module is controlled to be switched to the reasonable target protection mode, and therefore the power module protection efficiency is improved. And the control of the abnormal duty ratio signal on the power module is interrupted in time, so that the safety and reliability of the operation of the power module are ensured.

    本发明提供了一种电机功率模块的控制方法、装置及车辆,涉及车辆技术领域。该方法包括:当功率模块处于占空比控制模式时,获取当前占空比信号,当前占空比信号包括每相功率模组对应的占空比值;根据占空比值确定占空比变化率,并基于占空比变化率判断当前占空比信号是否出现异常;若是,则获取转子转速,基于转子转速确定目标保护模式,并控制功率模块切换至目标保护模式。本发明通过占空比变化率判断当前占空比信号是否出现异常,在不造成控制时延的前提下实现对于当前占空比信号的同步监控,当前占空比信号出现异常时,控制功率模块切换至合理的目标保护模式,及时中断异常的占空比信号对于功率模块的控制,确保功率模块运行的安全性和可靠性。
