The invention provides an orderly charging and discharging scheduling method for electric vehicle charging facilities, which comprises the following steps of: negotiating a power grid scheduling system and the charging facilities to jointly determine the peak regulation power of an electric vehicle in an orderly discharging process, and performing real-time distribution by the power grid scheduling system according to the real-time state reported by each charging facility. Then the charging facility carries out orderly and intelligent scheduling management on the electric vehicles located in the facility; the orderly charging strategy of the charging facility is adjusted according to the real-time load of the power grid, under the safety condition, the power of the charging facility is optimal, and the charging power of the charging facility is kept close to the charging power distributed to the charging facility by the power grid and does not exceed the safety condition of the equipment at the same time. The electric energy between the electric vehicle charging facility and the power grid is controlled and orderly bidirectionally exchanged, and the openness of the charging facility management system and the interactive operability of the charging facility management system and the power grid are realized.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电设施有序充放电调度方法,该方法由电网调度系统和充电设施进行协商共同确定电动汽车进行有序放电过程中的调峰功率,由电网调度系统根据各充电设施上报的实时状态进行实时分配,然后充电设施对于位于设施内的电动汽车进行有序的、智能的调度管理;充电设施的有序充电策略根据电网的实时负荷进行调整,在安全条件下,使充电设施的功率最优,保持充电设施的充电功率在电网给充电设施分配的充电功率附近,同时又不超出设备的安全条件。实现电动汽车充电设施和电网之间电能受控、有序地双向交换,实现充电设施管理系统的开放性及其与电网的互动操作性。
