The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle water pump control, in particular to an electric water pump control method with a rapid acceleration mode, which comprises the following steps: when the vehicle speed required by a user is very high, the output torque of a driving motor is relatively large, the torque increasing speed is relatively high, and the heat generated by the motor during working is more, the output torque of the driving motor is acquired in real time; when the output torque is larger than or equal to a first threshold value and the rising speed of the output torque is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, a first rotating speed database is called, a preset rotating speed corresponding to the output torque is obtained, the water pump is switched to a rapid acceleration mode, and the water pump is controlled to rotate at the preset rotating speed; and when the output torque is smaller than a second threshold value and the rising degree within a certain time period is close to zero, it is determined that the driving motor has no temperature rising trend, and the water pump is controlled to be switched to a conventional mode. The technical problem that a cooling element cannot be cooled in time due to the fact that an electric water pump is controlled through a temperature sensing module in the prior art can be solved.

    本发明涉及车辆水泵控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种带急加速模式的电动水泵控制方法,包括以下步骤,当用户的需求车速很大时,驱动电机的输出扭矩较大且扭矩增大的速度较快时,电机工作产生的热量越多,实时获取驱动电机的输出扭矩,当输出扭矩大于或等于第一阈值,且输出扭矩的升高速率大于或等于第二阈值时,调取第一转速数据库,得到与输出扭矩对应的预设转速,并将水泵切换至急加速模式,控制水泵以预设转速转动;当输出扭矩小于第二阈值,且在一定时长内的升高程度接近于零时,以便确定驱动电机没有升温趋势,控制水泵切换至常规模式。本发明能够解决现有技术中依靠温感模块来控制电动水泵造成冷却元件无法及时降温的技术问题。
