The aviation separation docking device comprises a guide head fixed to the bottom of a load, and a limiting pin is arranged in the middle of the guide head; the connecting base is fixed to the top of a carrier. The positioning plate is fixed to the top of the connecting base and provided with a limiting groove. The limiting groove and the limiting pin are used for limiting rotation of the guiding head. The rotating shaft is coaxially and rotationally connected with the connecting seat and the guide head respectively; the control device is connected to the connecting base and drives the bottom end of the rotating shaft to rotate. The rotary locking device is used for locking or unlocking the bottom end of the guide head and the top end of the rotary shaft; when the rotating shaft rotates to a first position and the guide head and the rotating shaft are in an unlocking state, the guide head moves downwards in the axial direction to enable the limiting pin to be inserted into the limiting groove; when the rotating shaft rotates to the second position and the guide head and the rotating shaft are in a locked state, the rotating shaft limits the axial movement of the guide head. According to the invention, reliable connection between the load and the aerial carrier can be ensured, and the fixing device can be quickly and smoothly rotated, so that the load is separated from the aerial carrier through the lifting force of the load.
本发明公开了一种航空分离对接装置,包括固定于载荷底部的引导头,引导头的中部设置限位销;连接座固定于载机顶部;定位板固定于连接座顶部并开设有限位槽,限位槽和限位销用以限制引导头旋转;旋转轴与连接座、引导头分别同轴转动连接;操控装置连接在连接座上并驱动旋转轴的底端转动;旋转锁定装置用以锁定或解锁引导头的底端和旋转轴的顶端;旋转轴转动至第一位置,引导头和旋转轴为解锁状态时,引导头沿其轴向下移使限位销插入限位槽;旋转轴转动至第二位置,引导头和旋转轴为锁定状态时,旋转轴限制引导头轴向移动。本发明能保证载荷与载机连接可靠,能快速、平滑地将固定装置旋转,使载荷通过自身的升力实现与载机的分离。
