One end of each phase of bridge arm is used for connecting a direct-current power supply and the positive electrode of a power battery, the other end of each phase of bridge arm is used for connecting the negative electrode of the power battery, and the middle point of one phase of bridge arm is used for connecting the negative electrode of the direct-current power supply; one end of the input capacitor is used for connecting one end of the one-phase bridge arm, and the other end of the input capacitor is used for connecting the bridge arm midpoint of the one-phase bridge arm. In response to the first preset time length that the direct current power supply is switched from outputting direct current to stopping outputting direct current, the upper bridge arm switch tube of the one-phase bridge arm conducts the two ends of the input capacitor, so that the power device on the direct current power supply side is protected.
