The invention discloses an intelligent pre-counterweight method for a trestle crane based on a digital twinning technology. The method comprises the following steps: performing image recording and automatic detection on characteristics of a lifting target object in a construction site environment of the plank road crane, and acquiring the weight of the lifting target object through the existing target object conforming to the characteristics in a database; counterweight parameters of a balancing weight are calculated according to the hoisting weight and the hoisting arm length of the crane, the balancing weight and the gravity center position of the balancing weight are included, the gravity center of a crane system is located in the center of a balance point when the preset hoisting target object is carried out, and meanwhile the balancing weight is automatically moved to the preset position through a balancing weight mechanism. When the actual crane lifts a target object, the load sensor on the lifting hook verifies the lifting weight, and if a large error exists between the lifting weight and the image recognition result, the preset position of the balance point is finely adjusted and displayed in the virtual environment in real time. According to the digital twinning technology, the weight of a lifted target object is automatically recognized, the weight is automatically pre-weighted, the plank road crane is automatically in a safe balance state, and the construction efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于数字孪生技术的栈道起重机智能预配重方法。本发明对栈道起重机施工现场环境中的起重目标物特征进行图像记录与自动检测,通过数据库中已有的符合特征的目标物获取起重目标物重量;根据起重重量、起重机起吊臂长计算出配重块的配重参数,包括配重重量与配重块重心位置,预设起吊目标物时的起重机系统重心位于平衡点中心,同时通过配重机构自动移动配重块至该预设位置。实际起重机起吊目标物时,吊钩上的荷载传感器核实起吊重量,如与图像识别结果有较大误差,则对平衡点预设位置进行微调,并实时在虚拟环境上显示。本发明数字孪生技术自动识别起吊目标物重量,自动预配重,使得栈道起重机自动处于安全平衡状态,并提高施工效率。
