The invention relates to a novel structure for improving the strength of a shaftless pump spraying paddle and prolonging the operation period. The invention relates to a flow guide cylinder which is characterized by consisting of flow guide covers (1) at two ends of the flow guide cylinder, the flow guide cylinder (2), a motor stator (3), a motor rotor (4), propeller blades (5), a bearing seat bracket (6), a central flow guide cover (7), a bearing seat (8), a central shaft (9) and the like. And the newly added central shaft (9) is used for fixing the central part of each propeller blade (5). The propeller blade (5) is changed into a simply supported beam structure from an original cantilever structure, the bearing capacity of the propeller blade (5) is improved by four times, the thickness and the weight of the shaftless pump spraying blade with the same diameter can be reduced by 60%, and shaftless pump spraying equipment with the larger diameter can be manufactured easily. The center shaft (9) does not transmit torque and mainly supports the weight of the rotor, center leakage is prevented, the diameter of the bearing is reduced by 80-90%, and the operation period is prolonged.

    本发明专利涉及一种提高无轴泵喷桨叶强度、延长运转周期的新结构。其特征在于:导流筒两端的导流罩(1)、导流筒(2)、电机定子(3)、电机转子(4)、螺旋桨叶(5)、轴承座支架(6)、中心导流罩(7)、轴承座(8)、中心轴(9)等零部件组成。新增加的中心轴(9)用于各螺旋桨叶(5)中心部位的固定。螺旋桨叶(5)由原来的悬臂结构改为简支梁结构,提高螺旋桨叶(5)承载能力的四倍,同直径的无轴泵喷的桨叶可以减薄厚度和重量60%,有利于制造出更大直径的无轴泵喷设备。中心轴(9)不传递扭矩,主要支撑转子的重量,防止中心漏流,缩小轴承直径80~90%的尺寸,延长运转周期。
