The invention provides a hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and combined heat and power supply system and process for a sewage treatment plant. The hydrogen production, hydrogen storage and combined heat and power supply system of the sewage treatment plant comprises a sewage treatment system, an anaerobic digestion device, a reclaimed water advanced treatment system, a pure water device, a biogas steam reforming hydrogen production device, a carbon dioxide absorption device, a water electrolysis hydrogen production device, an ozone generator, a hydrogen storage device, a hydrogen energy vehicle, heat exchange equipment and a hydrogen fuel cell, and a water source heat pump and a waste heat recovery pipeline. And the carbon dioxide absorption device is connected with the biogas steam reforming hydrogen production device and is used for absorbing carbon dioxide generated by the biogas steam reforming hydrogen production device. The water source heat pump absorbs heat from the waste heat recovery pipeline and generates water vapor. The water vapor is used for anaerobic digestion of the anaerobic digestion device. The system solves the problems that an existing system is single in waste heat application scene and carbon emission exists during biogas power generation.
