    本发明公开了一种基于BIM技术的高端写字楼室内建造施工辅助装置及施工方法,其中该施工辅助装置包括支杆、支架和滚轮,在支杆右端的下方设置有第一端板,在第一端板的左侧面设置有第一支柱,在支杆的左端套设有第二端板,在第二端板的右端面设置有第二支柱,在支杆的顶部设置有第三支柱,在第三支柱的两侧分别设置有支架,在支架的底部设置有滚轮。本发明通过设置可移动的施工辅助装置,能够快速对暖气片进行搬运,通过设置吊装底架组件,能够将暖气片吊装至安装高度,前后施工只需一人即可完成,减少了人员投入,同时,避免托举时出现暖气片脱手坠地的安全隐患,使用方便,操作简单,易于推广。
