    本发明公开了一种城市停车资源智能普查方法与系统,涉及停车设施信息管理技术领域;包括对于路内公共泊位,基于视频智能识别收费牌或停车泊位并提取泊位信息;对于路外公共泊位,停车场备案和道闸系统导入泊位信息或基于视频智能识别收费牌或停车泊位从而获取泊位信息;对于建筑配建泊位,通过获取批前公示信息确定新建小区的泊位信息;通过视频智能识别并统计开放式老旧小区的泊位数量;通过对停车资源进行划分,并针对不同的停车泊位进行泊位信息的获取,利用航拍视频技术和车载视频对城区范围的停车资源进行普查,结合各种算法等方式,精确确定泊位信息中各参数的值,大大节省了人工成本,并提高了普查效率。
