The invention relates to the field of aerial work machinery, and discloses a working platform hydraulic system and an electric aerial work platform, the working platform hydraulic system comprises a platform oil cylinder hydraulic loop and a platform power unit, and the platform power unit is arranged on the working platform and independently supplies oil to the platform oil cylinder hydraulic loop. In the electric aerial work platform adopting the working platform hydraulic system, a lower vehicle oil pump for supplying oil to a main arm working loop and a platform power unit on the working platform are mutually independently distributed. By means of distributed arrangement of hydraulic power, oil is independently supplied to a platform oil cylinder hydraulic loop through the platform power unit additionally arranged on the working platform, a working platform hydraulic system is separated from other action hydraulic systems, pressure redundancy waste is avoided when small-flow and high-pressure platform action and large-flow and low-pressure action are combined, and the working efficiency is improved. The energy efficiency is improved, complex hydraulic pipeline connection is avoided, energy consumption is reduced, and long-distance electric transmission of energy is achieved.
