The invention relates to the technical field of lifting platform positioning, in particular to a voice coil motor direct-driven air flotation lifting platform which comprises an air flotation assembly and an air flotation air cylinder. The air flotation assembly comprises an air flotation bearing and a guide rail, a gap is formed between the air flotation bearing and the guide rail, and an air supply port is formed in the surface of the air flotation bearing; the guide rail and a piston screw of the air floatation cylinder are connected with the bearing table. When the lifting platform works, compressed high-pressure gas is introduced into the gas supply port in the surface of the gas floating bearing and the gas floating cylinder, the compressed high-pressure gas can form a layer of stable gas film in the gap between the gas floating bearing and the guide rail, buoyancy is generated between the guide rail and the gas floating bearing, and it is guaranteed that the guide rail and the gas floating bearing do not make contact with each other; the air floatation air cylinder can balance the gravity of the guide rail and the bearing table, the hindering effect caused by the dead weight in the ascending process of the bearing table and the guide rail is reduced, and through mutual cooperation of the guide rail and the air floatation air cylinder, the lifting platform has the advantages of being small in friction force and free of viscosity.

    本发明涉及升降平台定位技术领域,尤指一种音圈电机直驱的气浮升降平台,其包括气浮组件和气浮气缸;气浮组件包括气浮轴承和导轨,气浮轴承与导轨之间设有间隙,气浮轴承的表面设有供气口;导轨和气浮气缸的活塞螺杆与承载台连接。在升降平台工作时,通过往气浮轴承表面的供气口和气浮气缸通入压缩的高压气体,压缩的高压气体会在气浮轴承与导轨之间的间隙形成一层较稳定的气膜,使得导轨与气浮轴承之间产生浮力,保证两者无接触;气浮气缸会平衡导轨和承载台的重力,减小承载台和导轨在上升的过程中因为自重带来的阻碍作用,通过导轨和气浮气缸的互相配合,使得本发明的升降平台具有摩擦力小和无粘滞的特点。
