The hoisting equipment comprises two rhombic truss pieces perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the two truss pieces are arranged in parallel and spaced by a certain distance, and connecting cross beams are fixedly connected between the front ends and the rear ends of upper chords of the two truss pieces correspondingly; a frame beam is erected between the top surfaces of the upper chords of the two truss pieces, the frame beam comprises two bearing cross beams, the ends of the two bearing cross beams are connected through a connecting rod, and the bottoms of the two ends of the two bearing cross beams are each provided with a group of longitudinal moving pulleys sliding along the upper chords; a lifting device is mounted on the two bearing cross beams; two groups of transverse moving pulleys which slide along the two bearing cross beams are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the lifting device; guide rails are respectively arranged below the lower chords of the two truss pieces; and three groups of traveling wheels traveling along the guide rails are arranged at the bottom of each lower chord. According to the invention, the occupied tunnel space is small, and the hoisting of the inverted arch prefabricated component in a limited space can be realized; a portal frame structure is adopted, the lower clearance is large, and passing of construction vehicles in the tunnel is not affected.

    本发明涉及一种用于预制装配式隧道仰拱安装的吊装设备,包括两个与水平面垂直的菱形桁架片,两桁架片平行设置且有一定间距,两桁架片的上弦杆前端之间及后端之间分别固定连接有联系横梁;两桁架片上弦杆顶面间搭设一框架梁,框架梁包括两根承重横梁,两承重横梁端部间通过连接杆连接,两承重横梁两端底部分别设一组沿上弦杆滑移的纵移滑轮;两承重横梁上安装一提吊装置,提吊装置底部两侧分别设两组沿两承重横梁滑移的横移滑轮;两桁架片的下弦杆下方分别设一导轨,每根下弦杆底3组沿导轨行走的行走轮。本发明占用隧道空间小,可实现有限空间内仰拱预制构件的吊装;采用门式框架结构,下部净空大,不影响隧道内施工车辆通行。
