The invention discloses an air film layer resistance reduction device and method based on ventilation of a porous super-hydrophobic material and a ship, and belongs to the technical field of air film resistance reduction. The device comprises a resistance reduction assembly, a gas supply module, a data acquisition module and a control module, wherein the resistance reduction assembly comprises a porous super-hydrophobic plate and a non-porous material super-hydrophobic plate located at the downstream of the porous super-hydrophobic plate; the porous super-hydrophobic plate is internally provided with a ventilation pipeline with a plurality of gas spraying holes, a gas inlet of the ventilation pipeline is communicated with a gas supply module, gas is sprayed out from the gas spraying holes through the ventilation pipeline, then is output to the outer wall surface of the porous super-hydrophobic plate through tiny gas holes of the porous super-hydrophobic plate, and flows through the downstream non-porous material super-hydrophobic plate to form a stable gas film layer; the data acquisition module transmits acquired data to the control module, the control module judges whether the gas film meets requirements or not according to the data, and if not, the corresponding gas supply amount is adjusted. The problem that uniform ventilation of the whole ship body is difficult to achieve due to the influence of external water pressure in the prior art is solved; and meanwhile, the injection rate is regulated and controlled.

    本发明一种基于多孔超疏水材料通气的气膜层减阻装置、方法及船舶,属于气膜减阻技术领域;装置包括减阻组件、供气模块、数据采集模块及控制模块,减阻组件包括多孔超疏水板及位于其下游的非多孔材料超疏水板;所述多孔超疏水板内置带有若干喷气孔的通气管道,通气管道的进气口与供气模块连通,气体经通气管道从喷气孔喷出,再经多孔超疏水板的微小气孔输出至其外壁面,流经下游非多孔材料超疏水板形成稳定气膜层;数据采集模块将采集数据传输至控制模块,控制模块根据各数据判断气膜是否满足要求,如不满足则调节对应供气量。本发明解决了现有技术中由于外部水压影响难以对整个船体实现均匀通气的问题;同时实现了对喷射速率的调控。
