The invention relates to a system for synchronously implementing battery car safety command signals in shield tunneling and contact channels, and belongs to the technical field of shield construction. Comprising an annular groove formed in a road section between a first track and a second track; the rotating disc is rotationally connected into the annular groove, and the top of the rotating disc extends upwards; the third rail is fixedly connected to the top of the rotating disc, and the two ends of the third rail are in butt joint with the ends, close to each other, of the first rail and the second rail correspondingly to form a complete conveying rail. According to the system, the defects that a traditional sound-light alarm signal system is complex in installation, high in cost, not obvious in effect and prone to being interfered are overcome, and special persons check the track of the contact channel construction area and conduct command evacuation on operators near the track of the construction site; the signal command system has more remarkable advantages in the aspect of construction organization on the basis of playing an expected stable warning role.

    本发明涉及盾构掘进与联络通道同步实施电瓶车安全指挥信号系统,属于盾构施工技术领域。包括:环形凹槽,开设在位于第一轨道与第二轨道之间的路段上;转动盘,转动连接在环形凹槽内,其顶部向上延伸;第三轨道,固定连接在转动盘的顶部,其两端分别与第一轨道与第二轨道相互靠近的一端相对接,形成一条完整的运输轨道。本发明不仅解决了传统声光报警信号系统安装复杂、成本高、效果不明显、易受到干扰的缺点,而且因由专人检查联络通道施工区域轨道和对施工现场轨道附近作业人员进行指挥疏散、撤离,该信号指挥系统在起到了预期的稳定警示作用基础上,组织施工方面更具显著优势。
