The invention discloses a design method of a brake boosting assembly and the brake boosting assembly, and relates to the field of brake pedals. Meanwhile, the pedal mechanism is not provided with a reset spring, the pedal mechanism can be simplified, and the production cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种制动助力组件的设计方法及制动助力组件,涉及刹车踏板领域。制动助力组件包括安装架、踏板机构和助力机构,踏板机构的踏板臂和踏板垫连接,踏板臂还转动连接于安装架,助力机构包括和踏板臂转动连接的助力器推杆,在设计制动助力组件时,由于踏板机构的自重或者其他结构产生的压力会影响踏板臂的回位效果。通过获取踏板机构施加在助力器推杆的残余压力,和助力器推杆施加在踏板臂的回位力进行比较,能够快速确定踏板臂的回位效果是否合格,能够对回位力的大小设计提供一个较为合理的判断标准,简化踏板机构的回位力的设计。同时踏板机构自身不带复位弹簧,能够简化踏板机构,降低生产成本。
