The invention discloses a ship risk analysis method and system based on ship-shore cooperative multi-source data. According to the method, a ship-end equipment terminal collects ship automatic identification system (AIS) data and hydro meteorological data in real time, and multiple communication links automatically judge and select and return the data to a server in real time; the server side obtains large-range fusion weather forecast data and regional geographic position information; the server side generates ship collision risk prediction and ship safety planning according to the AIS data, the hydro meteorological data, the large-scale fusion weather forecast data and the regional geographic position information; and the server selects a plurality of communication links to issue the ship collision risk prediction and the ship safety plan to the ship end equipment in real time. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the ship-end terminal equipment and the shore-end verification platform are constructed from the angles of ship safe navigation requirements, data acquisition timeliness and algorithm accuracy, and ship-shore collaborative ship navigation risk analysis is realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于船岸协同多源数据的船舶风险分析方法和系统,该方法船端设备终端实时采集船舶自动识别系统AIS数据、水文气象数据,多种通信链路自动判选实时回传服务端;服务端获取大范围融合气象预报数据、区域地理位置信息;服务端根据所述AIS数据、水文气象数据、大范围融合气象预报数据、区域地理位置信息,生成船舶碰撞风险预测及船舶安全规划;服务端将所述船舶碰撞风险预测及船舶安全规划选择多种通信链路实时下发船端设备。本发明提出的方案,从船舶安全航行需求、数据获取的时效性、算法的准确性角度出发,构建船端终端设备及岸端验证平台,实现船岸协同的船舶航行风险分析。
