The invention discloses a thermal protection wall surface structure of a hypersonic flight vehicle and the hypersonic flight vehicle, and relates to the field of thermal protection of hypersonic flight vehicles. The thermal protection wall surface structure comprises a thermal insulation layer, a heat conduction layer, a suction layer and a water storage layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. The heat conduction layer conducts the heat flow reduced by the heat insulation layer to the suction layer and transmits the cooling fluid generating phase-change heat exchange in the suction layer to the heat insulation layer, and the heat insulation layer is cooled through the cooling fluid generating phase-change heat exchange. The suction layer is of a metal micro-porous structure after surface nanometer modification, cooling fluid is continuously sucked from the water storage layer under the action of enhanced capillary suction force after surface nanometer modification, and meanwhile phase-change heat exchange is conducted on the cooling fluid through reduced heat flow. According to the invention, a self-suction sweating cooling technology based on metal nano modification reinforcement is utilized to realize efficient and rapid cooling of a wall surface in a high-temperature and high-heat-flow external environment, and higher limit cooling capacity and longer stable thermal protection can be provided.

    本发明公开一种高超声速飞行器热防护壁面结构及高超声速飞行器,涉及高超声速飞行器热防护领域。该热防护壁面结构包括自外而内依次设置的隔热层、导热层、抽吸层和储水层。导热层向抽吸层传导隔热层削减后的热流,并向隔热层传输抽吸层中发生相变换热的冷却流体,利用发生相变换热的冷却流体对隔热层进行冷却。抽吸层为表面纳米改性之后的金属微多孔结构,在表面纳米改性之后强化的毛细抽吸力作用下从储水层中源源不断地抽吸冷却流体,同时利用削减后的热流使冷却流体进行相变换热。本发明利用基于金属纳米改性强化的自抽吸发汗冷却技术,对高温高热流外环境下的壁面实现高效快速的冷却,能够提供更高极限冷却能力和更长时稳定的热防护。
