Eye plates are welded to the two ends of the upper-section smoke exhaust pipe and the two ends of the lower-section smoke exhaust pipe correspondingly, a reinforcing support is arranged in the upper-section smoke exhaust pipe, and the upper-section smoke exhaust pipe and the adjacent chimney are assembled in advance in a segmented mode. The lower section of smoke exhaust pipe and the adjacent section are pre-assembled, after pre-assembly is finished, temporary reinforcing structures are welded to the eye plate at the bottom of the upper section of smoke exhaust pipe and the eye plate at the top of the lower section of smoke exhaust pipe, and the upper section of smoke exhaust pipe and the lower section of smoke exhaust pipe are folded. And the stern building lower total assembly section is installed on the installation deck face, and after the stern building lower total assembly section is installed in place, the stern building upper total assembly section and the stern building lower total assembly section are folded. By means of the two-section type design, the limitation of the transportation capacity of vehicles in a plant is avoided, the transportation difficulty in the plant is reduced, the two smoke exhaust pipe sections are pre-assembled with the adjacent sections correspondingly, the total assembly hoisting frequency is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
