The invention provides a charging pile management method and device and a computer storage medium, the charging pile management method is applied to a charging pile management system, and the charging pile management system comprises a charging pile operation platform, a relay communication module and a charging pile; the method comprises the following steps: a charging pile searches for relay communication modules capable of establishing connection and sends a connection request; the relay communication module obtains own communication module information based on the connection request, and sends the connection request and the communication module information to the charging pile operation platform; the charging pile operation platform confirms a connection permission instruction of the charging pile based on the communication module information and the connection request; and the relay communication module establishes communication connection with the charging pile based on the connection allowing instruction. Through the above mode, the charging pile operation platform can be ensured to be connected according to the connection instruction of the charging pile and the information of the relay communication module under an abnormal condition, and the resource utilization rate and the disaster tolerance capability are improved.

    本申请提供了一种充电桩管理方法、装置及计算机存储介质,所述充电桩管理方法应用于一种充电桩管理系统,所述充电桩管理系统包括充电桩运营平台,中继通讯模组以及充电桩;所述方法包括:充电桩搜索可建立连接的中继通讯模组,并发送连接请求;中继通讯模组基于连接请求获取自身的通讯模组信息,将连接请求和通讯模组信息发送给充电桩运营平台;充电桩运营平台基于通讯模组信息以及连接请求确认充电桩的允许连接指令;中继通讯模组基于允许连接指令与充电桩建立通讯连接。通过上述方式,可以保证在异常状况下充电桩运营平台根据充电桩的连接指令和中继通讯模组的信息进行连接,提高资源利用率和容灾能力。
