And the second branch is respectively communicated with the first liquid inlet, the first liquid outlet, and a second liquid inlet and a second liquid outlet of the battery heat exchange device. And the first switch part and the second switch part are controlled to be turned on or turned off, so that the first branch circuit or the second branch circuit is switched on. As the thermal management system comprises the first branch and the second branch, two independently conducted loops can be formed by controlling the opening and closing of the first switch part arranged on the first branch and the second switch part arranged on the second branch, so that fluid can enter the second branch after reaching a preset temperature in the circulation of the first branch; the temperature control strategy of the battery is accurate, and the battery performance is improved.
