The invention discloses an active thermal protection method for a low-vacuum pipeline supersonic train. The method comprises the steps that the blockage ratio, the Mach number and the designed running speed of the low-vacuum pipeline supersonic train are obtained, and the flow state in a pipe is judged according to the choking theory; when the flowing state in the pipe is choking flowing, thermal protection is carried out in a mode of blocking heat transfer between high-temperature airflow and the wall surface; and when the flowing state in the pipe is non-choking flowing, heat protection is carried out in the mode that heat transfer between the high-temperature airflow and the wall face is hindered, and meanwhile heat on the surface of the train is transferred. The flow field around the low-vacuum pipeline supersonic train is improved, the extreme thermal load is effectively reduced, the aerodynamic performance of the train body can be improved, the thermal problems of thermal overrun, thermal deformation and the like of the local structure of the train can be avoided, and the potential safety hazard of driving is eliminated to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了低真空管道超声速列车主动热防护方法,该方法包括:获取低真空管道超声速列车的阻塞比、马赫数和设计运行速度并根据壅塞理论判断管内流动状态;当所述管内流动状态为壅塞流动时,采用阻碍高温气流与壁面之间的热量传递的方式进行热防护;当所述管内流动状态为非壅塞流动时,采用阻碍高温气流与壁面之间的热量传递的同时转移列车表面热量的方式进行热防护。本发明使得低真空管道超声速列车周围流场得到改善,极端热载荷有效降低,不仅能提升车体气动性能,更能避免列车局部结构的热超限、热变形等热问题,从一定程度上消除行车安全隐患。
