The invention particularly relates to a three-dimensional adjustable butt-joint gantry crane based on a tilt angle sensor and a servo electric chain hoist and a control method. Comprising a movable butt joint gantry framework, a transverse adjustment servo electric mechanism, a longitudinal adjustment servo electric mechanism, a two-dimensional adjustable hoisting platform, a servo electric chain hoist, a servo driver, a leveling controller, a tilt angle sensor and a three-dimensional adjustment operation indication panel. According to the invention, the characteristics of high bearing capacity, high precision, stable operation and wide application of the servo motor chain hoist are combined, and the characteristics of flexible use and high universality of the PLC are also combined, so that the telescopic control of the chain of each servo electric chain hoist is realized, and then the butt joint equipment reaches a horizontal posture with a preset height and set precision; the docking equipment is short in leveling time and high in automation degree; and longitudinal and transverse adjusting mechanisms are designed at the top to realize fine adjustment of the distance in the horizontal direction in the equipment butt joint process, so that all-directional adjustment of the butt joint equipment is realized.

    本发明具体涉及一种基于倾角传感器和伺服电动链条葫芦的三维可调对接龙门吊及控制方法。包括:移动式对接龙门骨架、横向调节伺服电动机构、纵向调节伺服电动机构、二维可调吊装平台、伺服电动链条葫芦、伺服驱动器、调平控制器、倾角传感器和三维调节操作指示面板。本发明既结合了伺服电机链条葫芦承载能力强、精度高、运行平稳和应用广泛的特点,又结合了PLC使用灵活和通用性强的特点,实现对各个伺服电动链条葫芦链条的伸缩控制,进而实现对接设备达到预定高度及设定精度的水平姿态,对接设备调平时间短,自动化程度较高;顶部设计了纵向和横向调节机构来实现对设备对接过程的水平方向距离微调,从而实现对对接设备的全方位调节。
