The special cantilever hoist comprises a mounting base, first square steel is fixedly mounted on the top end face of the mounting base, a threaded rod is movably mounted in the first square steel, second square steel is fixedly mounted at the top end of the threaded rod, and two first connecting plates are fixedly mounted at the top end of the second square steel. Height adjustment can be achieved between the first square steel and the second square steel through the threaded rod, it is guaranteed that the height of the crane arm is adjusted according to the needs of a user, use of the crane arm is facilitated, a steam lifting method is not needed, and the safety risk is reduced; meanwhile, third square steel on the second square steel can be engaged with a rack on an extension rod through a third bearing on an adjusting wheel to move, so that the extension rod can realize extension adjustment in the third square steel, the extension and swing of the crane boom are not limited by a house building, the hoisting work is guaranteed, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. The maintenance workload and the work difficulty are effectively reduced, the maintenance period is further shortened, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
