And the manufacturing cost of the automobile is reduced on the premise of ensuring functions.

    本发明公开了一种集成智能补电功能车身控制器的运行方法,属于汽车车身电子技术领域,本发明提供一种新型的蓄电池电压监测方式,车身控制器每4h从采样电路获取汽车蓄电池的实时电压值,若监测电压值小于12V,则通过CAN总线发送补电请求,VCU收到请求后判断整车高压情况,若通过,则BMS通过DCDC对蓄电池进行持续30min的充电,且充电过程中,车门打开、BMS单体电池电压低于3.25V或VCU持续5s未响应补电请求,满足其中之一,则退出补电,综上所述,车身控制器集成智能补电功能,在保证功能的前提下降低了汽车制造成本。
