The invention discloses a helicopter vibration data acquisition and processing method, system and device and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining the acquisition frequency, the acquisition event and the acquisition duration of each to-be-monitored object of a helicopter; wherein the to-be-monitored object is a synchronous rotating part or a non-synchronous rotating part; according to the installation position of the sensor for monitoring the to-be-monitored object, determining an acquisition working channel of the to-be-monitored object, and configuring an acquisition sequence for the acquisition channel; according to the collection event, based on the collection sequence and according to the collection duration, collecting component vibration data of the to-be-monitored object in the collection working channel; performing signal processing on the component vibration data of the synchronous rotating component by adopting a time domain synchronous average algorithm to obtain second vibration data; and storing the second vibration data and the component vibration data of the non-synchronous rotating component. According to the invention, vibration data acquisition can be efficiently carried out on each synchronous rotating component and each asynchronous rotating component of the helicopter, the data volume required to be processed is reduced, and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of helicopter state monitoring.

    本发明公开了一种直升机振动数据采集处理方法、系统、设备及介质,包括:确定直升机各个待监测对象的采集频率、采集事件和采集时长;其中,待监测对象为同步旋转部件或者非同步旋转部件;根据监测待监测对象的传感器所安装的位置确定待监测对象的采集工作通道,并对采集通道配置采集顺序;根据采集事件,基于采集顺序,按照采集时长,在采集工作通道采集待监测对象的部件振动数据;采用时域同步平均算法,对同步旋转部件的部件振动数据进行信号处理,得到第二振动数据;存储第二振动数据和非同步旋转部件的部件振动数据。本发明可高效地对直升机各个同步旋转部件和非同步旋转部件进行振动数据采集,减少需要处理的数据量,可以广泛应用于直升机状态监测技术领域。
