    本发明公开了一种车辆启停控制方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:监测目标车辆在行驶过程中的实际制动深度和实际行驶速度;当实际制动深度大于制动深度阈值,且实际行驶速度小于第一速度阈值时,监测目标车辆的自动启停功能的使能状态;当使能状态为关闭时,监测目标车辆的行驶环境参数;根据行驶环境参数确定目标车辆启用自动启停功能后对应的预估安全系数;当预估安全系数大于安全系数阈值时,控制使能状态转换为开启。本发明结合目标车辆当前的行驶环境参数确定目标车辆使用自动启停功能是否安全,使目标车辆在保证安全的前提下使用自动启停功能,提高了目标车辆使用自动启停功能的安全性,减少目标车辆因自动启停功能出现安全事故的几率。
