The invention discloses a solid hydrogen storage fuel cell forklift system and a thermal management method thereof. The system comprises a fuel cell system, a power cell component and a hydrogen storage and buffer component. The method comprises the following steps: respectively calculating the released heat of the fuel cell system and the power cell and the absorbed heat of the hydrogen storage material and the heat absorption and energy storage material, and guiding the model selection of the cooling fan or the selection and consumption of the heat absorption and energy storage material according to a heat conservation relationship. According to the invention, a system overall heat management mode is adopted, so that heat generated by the galvanic pile or the power battery can be fully utilized, and the energy utilization efficiency is relatively high; a heat absorption and energy storage material is adopted for temperature regulation and control of the system, and high-power operation can be carried out under the condition that the heat dissipation capacity of the forklift is limited; the heat absorption and energy storage material can be stored to help the system to be quickly started at a low temperature, and the fuel cell is quickly heated and quickly started by heating the solid hydrogen storage device and the power cell; and rapid adjustment and distribution of energy can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种固态储氢燃料电池叉车系统及其热管理方法,系统包括燃料电池系统、动力电池部件、氢气存储与缓冲部件。方法包括分别计算燃料电池系统和动力电池的释放热量,以及储氢材料和吸热储能材料的吸收热量,并根据热量守恒关系指导散热风扇选型或吸热储能材料选择及用量。本发明采用系统整体热管理方式,使得电堆或动力电池产生的热量能够充分利用,具有较高的能量利用效率;采用吸热储能材料为系统进行温度调控,在叉车散热能力有限的条件下,能够进行大功率运行;吸热储能材料能够所储存能力能够帮助系统在低温下快速启动,通过对固态储氢装置及动力电池加热,使得燃料电池快速升温,快速启动;而且能够实现能量的快速调节与分配。
