The invention provides a pipe truss construction method, which belongs to the technical field of pipe truss installation, and comprises the following steps: step 1, establishing a three-dimensional model for a pipe truss to obtain coordinate information of each pipe fitting; 2, two pipe fittings associated with the cast steel joints in the pipe truss are selected as positioning pipes, and the positioning pipes are positioned and installed; thirdly, the two pipe openings of the cast steel joint are in butt joint with the two positioning pipes, and welding and fixing are conducted; and fourthly, other pipe fittings in the pipe truss are sequentially installed, and the formed pipe truss is obtained. According to the pipe truss construction method provided by the invention, the two pipe fittings in the pipe truss are selected as the positioning pipes, the positioning pipes are firstly positioned and mounted, and then the positions of the positioning pipes are adjusted, so that the positioning of the cast steel joints can be quickly completed, the positioning of the positioning pipes is simpler than that of the cast steel joints, and the construction efficiency is improved; and a complicated supporting jig frame does not need to be arranged for the cast steel joint, the construction cost is saved, the cast steel joint is rapidly and precisely installed, and the installation of the pipe truss is accelerated.

    本发明提供一种管桁架施工方法,属于管桁架安装技术领域,包括以下步骤:步骤一,对管桁架建立三维模型,得到各个管件的坐标信息;步骤二,选取管桁架中与铸钢节点相关联的两个管件作为定位管,对定位管进行定位安装;步骤三,将铸钢节点的两个管口与两个定位管对接,进行焊接固定;步骤四,依次安装管桁架中的其他管件,得到成型的管桁架。本发明提供的管桁架施工方法,通过选取管桁架中两个管件作为定位管,先对定位管定位安装后通过定位管的位置,可以快速完成铸钢节点的定位,定位管的定位比铸钢节点的定位简单,提高了施工效率,且无需对铸钢节点布设复杂的支撑胎架,节省施工成本,快速高精度完成铸钢节点的安装,加快管桁架的安装。
