The invention discloses a torque limiting method, system and device based on friction force calculation. The torque limiting method comprises the steps that all influence factor information related to oil cylinder friction force is analyzed through an oil cylinder test sample in the whole working condition range of a whole machine; all influence factor information related to the oil cylinder friction force is imported into an oil cylinder friction force calculation model, an oil cylinder friction force numerical value is obtained, and meanwhile other friction force numerical values with the three-hinge-point friction force as the main component are obtained; the oil cylinder friction force value and other friction force values with the three-hinge-point friction force as the main component are substituted into a moment balance formula, the load weight is obtained and judged, whether the moment load output by the crane exceeds the limit or not is determined, and a corresponding safety warning signal is output according to the judgment result; according to the method, a high-precision friction force value is obtained through a high-precision calculation model of the friction force of the oil cylinder and a parameter calibration mode under multiple working conditions, and it is guaranteed that the torque limiting system accurately weighs the load and outputs corresponding safety alarm information based on the weighing result.

    本发明公开了一种基于摩擦力计算的力矩限制方法、系统及装置,包括:通过整机全工况范围的油缸测试样本解析出油缸摩擦力所关联的各影响因子信息;将油缸摩擦力所关联的各影响因子信息导入油缸摩擦力计算模型,获得油缸摩擦力数值,同时获取以三铰点摩擦力为主要成分的其他摩擦力数值;将油缸摩擦力数值、以三铰点摩擦力为主要成分的其他摩擦力数值分别代入力矩平衡公式,获得载荷重量并判断载荷重量,确定起重机输出的力矩载荷是否超限并根据判断结果输出相应的安全警示信号;本发明通过油缸摩擦力高精度计算模型、多工况下参数标定的方式获得高精度的摩擦力数值,保障了力矩限制系统对载荷进行精准的称重并基于称重结果输出相应的安全警报信息。
