The invention relates to the technical field of spacecraft manufacturing, and discloses a four-side pyramid-shaped fluid director which comprises a metal framework and a non-metal protective cover, the metal framework comprises a longitudinal plate and a transverse plate, the longitudinal plate and the transverse plate are the same in size and are each in an isosceles trapezoid shape, a first groove is formed in the central axis of the longitudinal plate downwards along the top, and a second groove is formed in the central axis of the non-metal protective cover. A second groove is upwards formed in the central axis of the transverse plate along the bottom, the sum of the length of the first groove and the length of the second groove is the height of the longitudinal plate, and the longitudinal plate and the transverse plate are inserted in a crossed mode through the first groove and the second groove and welded to form a cross-shaped frame. Four panels are welded to the inclined end faces of the cross-shaped frame respectively to form an inclined face matched with the inner molded face of the non-metal protective cover, and the non-metal protective cover covers the panels. The invention further discloses a design method of the four-side pyramid-shaped fluid director. According to the four-side pyramid-shaped fluid director and the design method thereof, scouring of large-load high-temperature combustion gas flow can be borne, and the requirement for continuous launching of guided missiles is met.
