The invention relates to the technical field of track monitoring, and discloses a monitoring system and method for a steel rail telescopic regulator. The system comprises a plurality of reflective marks which are respectively arranged at a reference point and a plurality of displacement measuring points; the image recognition and temperature measurement device comprises displacement recognition equipment and infrared temperature measurement equipment which are integrated into a whole, and the displacement recognition equipment comprises an optical photogrammetry unit, an infrared laser light supplement unit and a computing power calculation platform; collecting the surface temperature of the steel rail; a measurement image is collected according to the reflective mark, the position offset of the reflective mark is obtained based on the geometric imaging position relation, and the switch rail displacement, the stock rail displacement, the steel sleeper distance and the longitudinal displacement of the telescopic longitudinal beam are determined. Image recognition and infrared temperature measurement are achieved through the reflective mark and the image recognition and temperature measurement device, non-contact accurate measurement of displacement, deformation and temperature of the steel rail telescopic regulator is achieved, the health condition is obtained in real time, the manual inspection pressure is reduced, the potential safety hazard that a sensor falls off can be avoided, and the operation safety coefficient is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道监测技术领域,公开了钢轨伸缩调节器监测系统及方法。该系统包括多个反光标识,分别设置于基准点和多个位移测点处;图像识别和测温装置,包括集成为一体的位移识别设备和红外测温设备,位移识别设备包括光学摄影测量单元、红外激光补光单元及算力计算平台;采集钢轨表面温度;根据反光标识采集测量图像,并基于几何成像位置关系获得反光标识的位置偏移量,确定尖轨位移、基本轨位移、钢枕间距及伸缩纵梁纵向位移。本发明通过反光标识及图像识别和测温装置实现图像识别和红外测温,实现对钢轨伸缩调节器位移、变形和温度非接触式精确测量,实时获取健康状况,减小人工巡检压力,还可以避免传感器脱落的安全隐患,提升运行安全系数。
