According to some embodiments of the invention, the road condition risk can be evaluated in time and the driving route can be optimized by acquiring the predetermined route and analyzing the states of other vehicles and meteorological and geological disaster forecast information, so that the accident risk caused by weather or geological disasters is reduced, and the driving safety of the vehicle under various road conditions is effectively improved.
