The invention provides a single-pedal energy recovery control device, a vehicle and a method.The device is applied to the vehicle and comprises an obtaining module, a first processing module and a second processing module, the obtaining module is connected with the first processing module, the first processing module is connected with the second processing module, and the obtaining module is used for obtaining the parking distance value of the vehicle; the first processing module is used for determining a first total torque value according to a vehicle speed value, a pedal opening value and a parking distance value of the vehicle under the condition that a single-pedal working mode is switched to a braking mode and the vehicle speed value of the vehicle is greater than a first threshold value; the second processing module is configured to determine a recovery torque value based on the total torque value determined by the first processing module. According to the embodiment of the invention, the braking distance in the single-pedal mode can be matched with the actually expected parking distance, so that the parking position of the vehicle can be more accurate, and the flexible adjustment of the braking distance in the single-pedal mode is realized.
