The brake energy pump comprises a shell, an oil cavity for storing hydraulic oil is formed in the middle of the shell, an oil pressure output oil nozzle and an oil pressure filling oil nozzle which are communicated with the oil cavity are installed on the shell, end covers are installed on the two sides of the shell, and electromagnetic driving mechanisms are symmetrically installed on the two sides of the oil cavity. The electromagnetic driving mechanism can move left and right in the shell; in the braking process, the electromagnetic driving mechanisms on the two sides are not powered on and do relative motion, oil in the oil cavities is compressed, and the energy pump provides hydraulic oil outwards through the output oil nozzle; when braking is not carried out, the electromagnetic driving mechanisms on the two sides are powered on and move away from each other, so that the energy pump does not provide oil pressure any more, and braking is relieved; and reverse voltage is applied to the electromagnetic driving mechanisms on the two sides, the electromagnetic driving mechanisms on the two sides generate oil pressure which enables the oil pressure of the energy pump to be higher than the oil pressure without electrification, and disc braking is conducted. Under the control of an external direct-current power supply, the energy pump can provide/unload oil and pressure to the outside, so that the disc brake device is controlled to brake or release brake.

    本发明公开了一种基于电磁驱动的刹车能源泵,包括壳体,壳体中部为储存液压油的油腔,壳体上安装与油腔连通的油压输出油嘴和油压加注油嘴,壳体的两侧安装有端盖,所述油腔两侧对称安装有电磁驱动机构,所述电磁驱动机构在壳体可进行左右移动;刹车时,两侧的电磁驱动机构不通电,做相对运动,压缩油腔中的油液,使能源泵通过输出油嘴对外提供液压油;不刹车时,两侧的电磁驱动机构通电,做相离运动,使能源泵不再提供油压,解除刹车;两侧的电磁驱动机构通反向电压,两侧的电磁驱动机构产生与使能源泵油压高于没有通电时油压,进行碟刹。本发明能够实现在外部直流电源控制下,能源泵对外提供/卸载油液和压力,从而控制碟刹装置刹车或解刹车。
