The invention relates to a brake control method of a locomotive. The method comprises the following steps: detecting the level output by a local/complementary state pressure switch; detecting the speed of the locomotive; according to the detected level output by the local/complementary state pressure switch and the speed of the locomotive, whether braking is controlled or not is determined; wherein the step of detecting the level of the local/complementary state pressure switch comprises the following substeps: within N seconds after a brake control unit (BCU) is electrified and started, if the local/complementary state pressure switch is detected to output a low level, the BCU judges that the brake is at a local position; if the local/complementary state pressure switch outputs a high level, the BCU judges that the brake is at a complementary position; after the BCU is powered on and started for N seconds, if it is detected that the local/complementary state pressure switch outputs a low level, the BCU judges that the brake is at the local position; and when the local/complementary state pressure switch outputs a high level and the speed of the locomotive is zero, the BCU judges that the brake is at a complementary position. The invention solves the problem that the brake control accuracy is influenced by the maloperation of the local/complementary state pressure switch in the prior art.
本发明涉及一种机车的制动控制方法,包括:检测本/补状态压力开关输出的电平;检测机车的车速;和根据检测的本/补状态压力开关输出的电平和机车的车速确定制动是否进行控制;其中,检测本/补状态压力开关的电平包括:在制动控制单元(BCU)上电完成启动后的N秒内,若检测到本/补状态压力开关输出低电平,则BCU判断制动机为本机位;本/补状态压力开关输出高电平,则BCU判断制动机为补机位;在BCU上电完成启动N秒后,若检测到本/补状态压力开关输出低电平,则BCU判断制动机为本机位;当本/补状态压力开关输出高电平,且机车的车速为零,则BCU判断制动机为补机位。本发明解决了现有技术中本/补状态压力开关误动作影响制动控制准确性的问题。
