The invention discloses an electric vehicle V2G charging and discharging control method and device and terminal equipment, and the method comprises the steps: generating a plurality of sample daily load curves according to the historical load data of a target region, determining a typical daily load curve through clustering, so as to determine a basic load value in a target adjustment time period, and then, according to a plurality of load influence characteristic quantities, determining the basic load value in the target adjustment time period; obtaining a load change value at each moment through the trained machine learning model, thereby determining a target adjustment load at each moment; according to the battery parameters of the electric vehicle at each moment, determining an allowable adjustment load range at each moment, and performing nonlinear fitting on the allowable adjustment load range and the target adjustment load to obtain a scheduling load value at each moment; and with the condition that the charging and discharging load values of the electric vehicles at all moments do not exceed the dispatching load value as the constraint, the charging and discharging parameters of all the electric vehicles are optimized and solved to obtain a charging and discharging strategy. The method can reasonably distribute the charging and discharging parameters of the electric vehicle at each moment based on the dispatching load value at each moment of the region, and reduces the load fluctuation of the power grid.

    本发明公开一种电动汽车V2G充放电控制方法、装置及终端设备,方法包括:根据目标区域的历史负荷数据生成若干样本日负荷曲线,并通过聚类确定典型日负荷曲线,以确定目标调节时间段内的基础负荷值,然后根据若干负荷影响特征量,通过训练后的机器学习模型获得各时刻的负荷变动值,从而确定各时刻的目标调节负荷;根据各时刻电动汽车的电池参数,确定各时刻的允许调节负荷范围并与目标调节负荷进行非线性拟合,获得各时刻的调度负荷值;以各时刻的电动汽车充放电负荷值不超过调度负荷值为约束,优化求解各电动汽车的充放电参数以获得充放电策略。本发明能基于区域各时刻的调度负荷值,合理分配各时刻电动汽车的充放电参数,减小电网的负荷波动。
