The invention relates to a double-shaft friction-fatigue testing machine which comprises a rack with a countertop, a main shaft motor mounted on the upper surface of the countertop through a supporting plate, and a power transmission system connected with the main shaft motor, a sample is fixed on the power transmission system through a clamping device, and bending stress is applied to the sample through a weight-connecting rod. A contact rolling fatigue device is mounted above the sample, and contact stress loading is performed through an electric cylinder-lever. The device can be used for respectively carrying out three fatigue tests, namely a rotary bending fatigue test, a rolling contact fatigue test and a rotary bending-rolling contact composite loading fatigue test on a metal material sample at normal temperature; wherein the composite loading fatigue test can simulate the influence of the interaction between the two stresses on the contact fatigue limit when the rotating bending stress and the contact stress act at the same time, and two samples can be tested at most at the same time and do not influence each other, so that the test time and cost are greatly saved, and the fatigue test efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种双轴摩擦‑疲劳试验机,包括具有台面板的台架,通过支撑板安装在台面板上表面的主轴电机,与主轴电机相连的动力传输系统,试样通过夹持装置固定在动力传输系统上,并依靠砝码‑连杆对试样施加弯曲应力,试样上方安装有接触滚动疲劳装置,通过电动缸‑杠杆进行接触应力加载。本发明可用来分别进行金属材料试样在常温下的旋转弯曲疲劳试验、滚动接触疲劳试验和旋转弯曲-滚动接触复合加载疲劳试验三种疲劳试验,其中复合加载疲劳试验可以模拟旋转弯曲应力和接触应力同时作用时两种应力间的相互作用对接触疲劳极限的影响,最多可同时进行两个试样的试验,并且互不影响,大大节约了试验时间和成本,从而提高了疲劳试验效率。
