The second end of the first hoisting piece is hinged to the front fixing piece, the rear fixing piece is arranged at the rear end of the head cabin in a sleeving mode, the connecting piece is annularly arranged on the head cabin and connected with the front fixing piece and the rear fixing piece, and the second end of the second hoisting piece is hinged to the portion, located between the front fixing piece and the rear fixing piece, of the connecting piece. According to the overturning lifting appliance, the head cabin can be lifted and overturned, so that the head cabin is overturned from a horizontal arrangement state to a vertical arrangement state, the head cabin is mounted on the cabin body, and overturning lifting of the head cabin is realized.
