The propeller comprises a variable prerotation guide plate group, a shaftless propeller, an angle-adjustable energy recovery boosting impeller, a vector propulsion group, an annular guide pipe and a ship connecting piece. The shaftless propeller is located in the annular guide pipe and coaxially matched with the annular guide pipe. The variable pre-rotation guide plate set is located at the specific position of the front side of the shaftless propeller and can adjust the incoming flow angle. The energy recovery boosting impeller is located on the rear side of the shaftless propeller and aims at collecting wake flow energy and providing additional thrust. The device has the characteristics that through the adjustable guide plate set and the boosting impeller, the incoming flow angle can be adjusted according to the hydrodynamic environment, wake flow energy can be recycled, and the propelling efficiency is optimized; the thrust direction is accurately controlled through the vector propulsion set, and the maneuvering performance of the ship is enhanced. In addition, due to the design of the propeller, the structure is simplified, and operation efficiency and reliability are improved.
