The invention discloses high-resilience positive film PVC and a preparation method thereof.The positive film PVC comprises a surface layer, a bottom layer and a PPF layer which are sequentially arranged, and the surface layer is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of PVC, 20-60 parts of plasticizer, 1-10 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of pigment, 0.1-0.5 part of flatting agent and 1-3 parts of foaming agent; the bottom layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC, 20 to 60 parts of plasticizer, 1 to 10 parts of stabilizer, 10 to 30 parts of filler, 1 to 3 parts of pigment, 0.1 to 0.3 part of flatting agent and 1 to 3 parts of foaming agent; the plasticizer in the surface layer and the plasticizer in the bottom layer are compounded by epoxidized soybean oil, an Edenol 2178 plasticizer and a W-80-BIO plasticizer according to the ratio of 1: (0.4-0.8): (0.4-0.8); the preparation method of the positive film PVC comprises the following steps: S1, preparing slurry of the surface layer and the bottom layer; s2, the surface layer is formed through heated extrusion; s3, the bottom layer is formed through heated extrusion and attached to the surface layer; s4, foaming of PVC (polyvinyl chloride); s5, pretreatment embossing is carried out; and S6, laminating the PPF layer. The prepared positive membrane PVC is good in stability and rebound resilience.

    本发明公开了高回弹性阳膜PVC及其制备方法,阳膜PVC包括依次设置的面层、底层和PPF层,其中:所述面层包含如下重量份计的原料:PVC 100份、增塑剂20‑60份、稳定剂1‑10份、色料1‑5份、流平剂0.1‑0.5份、发泡剂1‑3份;所述底层包含如下重量份计的原料:PVC 100份、增塑剂20‑60份、稳定剂1‑10份、填充物10‑30份、色料1‑3份、流平剂0.1‑0.3份、发泡剂1‑3份;面层和底层中增塑剂由环氧大豆油、Edenol 2178增塑剂和W‑80‑BIO增塑剂按1:0.4‑0.8:0.4‑0.8的比例复配;阳膜PVC制备的方法步骤如下:S1:面层和底层浆料的配制;S2:通过受热挤压,使面层成型;S3:通过受热挤压使底层成型,且与面层进行贴合;S4:PVC的发泡;S5:前处理压花;S6:PPF层的贴合。本发明制备的阳膜PVC稳定性和回弹性好。
