The invention provides an airship dynamic derivative test model structure manufactured based on 3D printing and a manufacturing method. The airship dynamic derivative test model structure comprises an X-shaped I-shaped beam, a first rib plate, a second rib plate and an airship outer skin. The center of the X-shaped I-shaped beam is provided with a mounting point for mounting a force measuring balance, and a first connecting surface and a second connecting surface are formed on the two sides of the X-shaped I-shaped beam except the mounting point; the airship outer skin sleeves and is connected outside the X-shaped I-shaped beam, the first rib plate and the second rib plate; the X-shaped I-shaped beam, the first rib plate, the second rib plate and the airship outer skin are all manufactured through the 3D printing technology. The airship dynamic derivative test model structure is different from a traditional dynamic derivative model structure in manufacturing, mold opening and milling are not needed, one-time forming can be achieved on the basis of the 3D printing technology, the manufacturing speed is greatly increased, the cost is greatly reduced, and acceleration loads caused by movement in the airship dynamic derivative test process can be borne.

    本发明提供一种基于3D打印制造的飞艇动导数试验模型结构及制作方法,该结构包括X型工字梁、第一肋板、第二肋板和飞艇外蒙皮;X型工字梁的中心设有用于安置测力天平的安装点,X型工字梁的两侧除安装点外形成有第一连接面和第二连接面;飞艇外蒙皮套设并连接在X型工字梁、第一肋板和第二肋板外;X型工字梁、第一肋板、第二肋板和飞艇外蒙皮中均由3D打印技术制成。本发明提供的飞艇动导数试验模型结构和传统动导数模型结构制造不同,无需开模和铣削,基于3D打印技术可一次成型,制作速度大幅提升,且成本大幅降低,可承受飞艇动导数试验时由于运动所带来的加速度载荷。
