The upside-down construction method comprises the following steps: checking a concrete foundation; assembling a first-layer steel plate of the tank body; a jacking hanging piece is installed; the hydraulic jacking machine is in place; assembling the tank top part of the tank body; jacking the whole tank body; the next layer of tank body is assembled; jacking the hanging piece to change positions; and repeating the steps until the assembly is completed. The method has the beneficial effects that the inverted construction of the large-diameter enamel assembled tank can be simply and efficiently realized by the technology; the jacking hanging piece is installed at the vertical abutted seam position of the lowest circle of steel plates, effective connection between the tank body and the hydraulic jacking machine is achieved, and the jacking hanging piece is simple and reliable in structure.
本发明公开了一种大直径搪瓷拼装罐的倒装施工方法,包括如下步骤:混凝土基础检查;组装罐体首层钢板;安装顶升挂件;液压顶升机就位;组装罐体罐顶部分;罐体整体顶升;下一层罐体组装;顶升挂件换位;重复步骤直至拼装完成。本发明的有益效果:技术可简单、高效的实现大直径搪瓷拼装罐的倒装施工;通过在最下一圈钢板竖向拼缝位置安装顶升挂件,实现了罐体与液压顶升机的有效连接,顶升挂件结构简单可靠。
