The invention discloses a flight parameter determination method and device, an aircraft and a computer readable storage medium, the method is applied to the aircraft, the aircraft comprises N rotor wings and N rotor wing motors, the N rotor wings and the N rotor wing motors are in one-to-one correspondence, N is an integer greater than 1, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a measured current air pressure height of the aircraft, determining the current rotating speed of the N rotor motors, determining the current barometric altitude error according to the current rotating speed of the N rotor motors, and determining the barometric altitude of the aircraft according to the current barometric altitude error and the current barometric altitude of the aircraft to obtain a first barometric altitude, and determining a first flight height and a first vertical speed of the aircraft according to the first air pressure height. In the embodiment of the invention, the measured barometric altitude is compensated by using the current barometric altitude error, so that the accuracy of the determined barometric altitude can be improved, and the accuracy of the determined flight altitude and vertical speed of the aircraft can be further improved.
